It became ill when the first reality TV show aired. Then, it was kicked in the stomach every time a new reality series started. All the writers were fired. All the creativity drowned in the tar pits. It died yesterday, and Beauty Killer is celebrating it's death.
I woke up alone on a space station. I think I was in stasis, or jail. I have no memory of what happened or how I ended up on the Citadel space station. I kept hunting for clues, or for anyone who could help me.
Then, I noticed it. My fingers were stained with blood. My eye was bloody and swollen shut. Did I do this to myself?
Am I responsible for what happened at the station?
In any case, I'm prepared for what may come.
~~~ The Citadel is a new sci fi roleplay space station. Check out the website for more information and the backstory. It was fun exploring.
The Fibromyalgia Awareness Fair is this weekend. We don't know what causes Fibromyalgia, but we do know that those who suffer from it experience significant and unrelenting pain on a daily basis. I have friends and family who suffer from it. Many people don't talk about having fibro because there is a stigma attached to it, and those who suffer from it have been accused of being everything from hypochondriacs to drug seekers. Raising awareness is so important, especially so that more work can be done to find a cure, or at least a treatment that really works!
So, please, visit the fair and become educated about fibromyalgia. There are some wonderful gifts there to entice you:
