Next up are some items from Fashion Fair 2015.  I have to say, freaking love these boots.  I think I'll probably be wearing them all the time from now on.  They come with a color change hud and can go from pink, to black, to animal print.  I've been dying or some flat soled over the knee mesh boots for awhile.  These are perfectly casual.  And, this cat face dress makes me so happy.  I love cats.  I can't have a cat in RL right now because of my dogs, but my SL cat, Malthus, loves this dress, too.  If you don't like cats, there are other style options via hud for the dress, but I'll judge you for not wearing the cat face.

Butterfly Says Be Quiet

Tintable things are the best thing ever.  This new dress by +Blue Blood+, for example, is totally tintable, as are my eyebrows.  And, one of the benefits of buying white hair in SL is that I can make it almost any color I want.  Yeah. I cheat.

Anyway, today was a day for events.  You definitely should go to Genre.  There are tons of great deals, and it's not crowded at all.  And Cari McKeenan, owner of The Little Branch (and creator of the beautiful weeping willow behind me) was so sweet to me.  It's nice getting a thank you IM from a designer.  You can find her season changing willow trees at Genre for only 99L.

Leaf on the Wind

Leaf on the Wind is a fund raiser for one of my Plurk friends, Scarlet Chandrayaan (owner of Alouette), Amy in RL. She is battling cancer, at only 26 years old, and has a dream to visit London. LotW's goal is to help her get there.  Amy is a sweetheart, and I hope you will support her dream.



I used to live in London. It's one of my very favorite cities (and I've been to a lot of cities). I was an Eastender for awhile, in East Ham, then lived in West Hampstead. I would walk to my job off Oxford street from West Hampstead along Abbey Rd. and cross the street right where the Beatles crossed on the cover of their album.  I did that every Tuesday.  I loved everything about London, but I did have to eventually go back home. I hope Amy can have as wonderful an experience as I had. There is so much to do and see.



When you go to London, Amy, go to the museums, shop on Oxford street, eat greasy food at a cafe, drink a pint in a pub, see a West End show, ride the Tube and a double decker bus, and ask around to see if anyone wants to hire me. I'd move back in a red hot minute.



Oh, and don't forget, they drink their tea with milk over there, and they take their tea very seriously.  I've never had tea as good as when I was in London.  My thoughts are with you, Amy.  I know you'll get there.
